Who we are:
We started WoodillWildfire.com a few years ago to showcase our father's Wildfire. At the time, our sole intention was to show Dad how proud we are of him and his dedication, both to us and his hobby. When the first of us were born, Dad covered up the Wildfire and concentrated his energy hel[ing Mom raise the four of us. The Wildfire sat in its automotive cocoon for almost 40 years. It followed along as we moved from Ohio to Texas. It watched silent and neglected as Dad helped us with our continuous stream of "project" vehicles.

A few years go, dad retired from over 40 years as an engineer and proceeded to restore his car. Ted has only a few things left before his Wildfire is complete. It has taken a little over 12 years of part-time restoration to get the Wildfire close to completion. We are very proud of him.
When we put the site up, we knew there were other Wildfires out there, but we really didn't realize how many. We also didn't realize how many other cars related to the Wildfire are out there. It wasn't long before we were contacted by others through the web site. Since then, we have had the privilege of talking to a large group of people with similar interest in the Wildfire and other owners.
This web site is here for the sole purpose of highlighting the Wildfire and its history. We're not here to make money or sell anything. The reward is the information we gain and the people we meet along the way. If you have any suggestions for the site, please feel free to drop us an email. Thanks for visiting.
Sincerely,
Gregg Griffin-gregg@woodillwildfire.com
